Congratulations to Nick Lotridge, who was named ASB’s September Employee of the Month. Nick works in the IS Support Center.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Nick was nominated by a co-worker, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Nick has been working with our ServiceNow team to create/improve the Knowledge Base module for our organization. Throughout the project, we’ve all been asked to help validate build requirements and test new functions. Nick’s work has shown to be above the norm. His detailed notes explaining specific elements of the workflow have allowed the builders to understand where our future users may have been issues with a visual aspect of the product. Not only is Nick following our instructions, he’s going beyond by focusing on what others will ‘feel’ during their use of ServiceNow. This has led to a tremendous amount of understanding into an area of our organization that our builders do not experience daily.”
