Not a Single Pound Challenge Returns

The Not a Single Pound challenge is back! Many participants from the previous seasonal challenge were interested in extending it, so now we’re challenging you to live a healthier lifestyle and avoid weight gain year-round.

You can join the challenge at any time. Just email beth.phillips@ketteringhealth.org to be added to the challenge and receive monthly health tips. Feel free to share your comments, recipes, etc. with Beth, and your idea could be added to the next monthly email.

You can also email Beth with your starting weight if you would like to be added to a loss/gain spreadsheet. Each quarter, group results will be tallied to see how the group is doing.

Click here to download a weight chart that you can use at home. This challenge is on the honor system. For accuracy, use the same scale at the same time of day. If you do not have access to a scale, you can weigh yourself at one of the network weigh stations below. Please stop by the desk at each location so they know you are there to use the scale:
