At this time, all individuals who were eligible to receive the first wave of the COVID-19 vaccine roll-out should have received an email with a link to schedule their vaccination appointment. Those eligible are direct patient care providers as well as patient-facing individuals who completed the survey by noon on Monday, December 21.
If you believe you met the criteria for the first wave and have not received an email to schedule your appointment, please complete the appeals form linked here. A committee will review your appeal, and you will receive an update via email.

If you completed the survey but do not meet the criteria for wave 1, please continue to monitor your Kettering Health Network email for future updates. We are expecting a second shipment of vaccine, and information about additional vaccine availability will be coming at a later date.
