It’s that time of year again! Open Enrollment for 2017 benefits is October 21-November 4, 2016. Benefit-eligible employees must enroll during this period in order to have benefits in 2017.
How to Enroll
There are three ways you can enroll:
- Online via Employee Self-Service (UltiPro) on the intranet. Find the $ icon in the footer of the intranet.
- Meet with a benefit specialist: ebcoh.com/schedule
- Call the Open Enrollment Benefits Call Center at 1-800-463-7420 from 8:30 a.m.–7 p.m. on Monday–Thursday and from 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. on Friday.
During Open Enrollment, enrollers will be on site at various campuses to walk employees through the enrollment process. If you would like to use this service, please visit khnannualenrollment.org
Looking Ahead: Biometric Screenings
Keep an eye out for biometric screening communications as part of the wellness incentive program. Communications will come to your home through mail, in your network email, and through k-news.
