On January 20, Kettering Physician Network Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Hamilton opened an after-hours clinic inside the East Butler YMCA. The clinic offers evaluations and consultations from physicians and advanced practice providers, as well as X-ray and bracing services. These services are more tailored than an urgent care facility might be and is a cost-effective alternative to emergency room or urgent care visits.
Opening this clinic is the first step toward making the network’s care more convenient and accessible. With extended hours and a location more suitable for those with active lifestyles, this effort reflects the network’s commitment to caring for the communities it serves. “Orthopedic injuries don’t just happen between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.,” said Kristopher Marin, DO. “We are happy to partner with the East Butler YMCA to provide convenient and expert care outside of normal business hours.”
