You know our most important goal for 2018, right? Patient experience! We are all focused on our wildly important goal (WIG) of achieving four of eight Press Ganey/Patient Experience domains at 75 percentile or higher. Through May, both Greene and Soin have achieved three of eight domains at the 75 percentile. Way to go! We are well on our way. Thank you for the care you are showing our patients. If we all stay focused on our department wildly important goals, hold our daily huddles and weekly WIG sessions, and stay on track with those activities we know make a difference (rounding, bedside shift reports, good communication through whiteboards, proactive response, and more) we will achieve our goal and provide our patients with one of the best experiences in the country.
