Piano Donation a Permanent Part of Soin’s Lobby

In June we cut the ribbon and dedicated a donated piano, now a permanent part of our Soin Medical Center lobby. We are grateful this gift from Doug Dowden, a friend of one of our Soin volunteers, Garnet Gordon. The piano was Doug’s mother’s, and he was excited to see how it could be used to bless patients and guests in her memory. We thank Greene Medical Foundation for arranging the gift, and the Soin volunteers, who paid for the refurbishing–it is a showpiece and sounds beautiful! We are lining up volunteers to play throughout the week.
