Last December, employees took a brief “Pulse” survey. This quick snapshot of employee engagement provides insights into progress since last year’s Employee Engagement Survey. The results show that overall employee engagement has increased among the survey participants.
The survey results also showed that most respondents recalled seeing the results of the last survey and have seen progress on action plans in their area since the last survey. “Action planning based on employee feedback from our surveys will continue to be an area of focus,” says Vice President for Human Resources Tim Dutton, “because that is foundation of being a great place to work.”
The 2015 Employee Engagement Survey will begin April 27.
