Abbott testing will continue to be monitored daily. As our supply will continue to fluctuate over the next several weeks, we will be implementing a fluid release plan of rapid Abbott testing.
Effective Wednesday, August 26, we will be instituting a new process where the rapid Abbott tests will be used on persons under investigation without permission and Behavioral Health admissions until supplies reach a 250 count for the network, at which time we will revert to the current state of calling the NOCC and receiving approval.
