At Kettering Health Network, we have found that employee referrals are a great way to find quality employees. We offer rewards to current employees in full-time or part-time positions who successfully bring new talent to Kettering Health Network for hard-to-fill positions. We are looking for Experienced Nurses
Candidates are eligible for employee referral provided they meet the criteria below:
- Candidates cannot be currently employed with Kettering Health Network and should be listed as rehire eligible if previously employed by the organization.
- The individual must meet the minimum requirements of the role and have a minimum of one year of experience in the field.
- All referred candidates will be considered in accordance with Kettering Health Network’s Hiring Process Policy.
Referral bonuses are awarded after the new hire has been employed for six months. Both the employee and new hire must be actively employed by Kettering Health Network at the time the referral bonus is awarded.
Note that only one employee is eligible for the referral bonus per new hire. The first employee to refer the candidate in question will count as the referrer.
What if I know someone to refer but the position is not eligible for a referral reward?
We encourage you to refer them because we believe that employee referrals are one of the most successful ways to attract talented people. However, experienced RNs may be given priority over other referees. At this time, all positions are eligible for some type of referral bonus.
