We would like to applaud everyone for diligently utilizing the hand sanitizer wall dispensers to keep everyone safe! Hand hygiene is the number one defense against infections.
While we note increased use of hand sanitizer, we would like to remind everyone to be diligent about notifying EVS staff when wall dispensers are approaching the end of supply or out of supply, so they can be refilled in a timely manner. EVS continues to round throughout the day to help keep stock available.
Providing consistent supply availability for safe infection control practices will require ALL to be involved in identifying and communicating needs. Thank you for being a strong safety partner for our employees, patients, and community!
