Removing COVID-19 Confirmed Flags from Epic Storyboard

CLINICAL STAFF ALERT

Removing the COVID-19 Positive flag from the Epic storyboard can only be done by Infection Prevention and Control personnel.  This is to ensure that all criteria have been met according to Kettering Health Network protocols.
