Employee Health Call Center Phone Tree
Team members can also contact the Employee Health Call Center if they have questions about the vaccine. To help direct calls to the appropriate resources, a phone tree has been added.
To contact the Employee Health Call Center, dial (937) 395-8900 and choose from the following menu options:
- Press 1 for vaccine related questions. Resources are available daily from 7:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m.
- Press 2 for all other COVID-19-related questions. Resources are available daily from 6:30 a.m. through 10:30 p.m.
