We are continuing to monitor the impact COVID-19 has on our organization and the strain it places on our various departments. Our community COVID-19 volumes have continued to decline, and we are transitioning our incentives in response.
Kettering Health will continue support for our staff picking up extra shifts directly related to inpatient or emergency care for COVID-19 patients. We are continuing to offer two tiers of incentives, with the higher tier targeted for roles providing IP and ED direct patient care. We have restructured the tier incentives.
These incentives are extended ONLY for 04/03/2022 – 04/30/2022.
There is a committee reviewing role eligibility.
Departments can apply for eligibility thru an application and sending it to Derek Morgan.
