On January 5, we announced a postponement of elective procedures that required an overnight stay, to prioritize patient needs as we faced an increase in COVID-19 volume and staffing challenges.
Because of the recent decrease in cases, we can now resume elective procedures that require an overnight stay. Outpatient as well as urgent and emergent procedures have and will continue to proceed as scheduled. We are grateful for the decrease in COVID-19 cases and the ongoing support of our physicians and care teams as we continue providing safe, high-quality care to our community.
