Congratulations to Ryan Haas, who was named Kettering College’s February Employee of the Month. Ryan works in Enrollment Services.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Ryan was nominated by a co-worker, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Ryan is the most reliable employee I know. He’s the first to show up and get things accomplished. Every time I need extra help setting up for an event he’s there. He goes out of his way to assist others (whether it’s part of his job or not) and he never complains about it.
During a meeting he once noticed that there was an older couple in our front parking lot that had a flat tire. He was the only person to go outside and offer to help them. That’s just the kind of guy he is!
Ryan sets an example to others of what it means to be a hard worker, helpful friend and reliable staff member. When it can be so easy to just do the bare minimum he’s always willing to go above and beyond.”
