Sara Denney Named Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center’s January Employee of the Month

Read Time: 1 min

Congratulations to Sara Denney, who was named Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center’s Employee of the Month. Sara works in Acute Adult Unit.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Sara was nominated by a co-worker, and you can read the nomination story below:

“Sara helped organize and set up our new unit. She has attention to detail and ensured things were placed correctly and safely. As a HUC she gets the job done but is also willing to do things that are not typically expected of a HUC – and she does it with a heart of service. Sara will gladly assist patients with whatever needs they have and support staff on the unit. She cares about the patients and her coworkers, and is always willing to listen and encourage. She provides suggestions to improve current processes. Sara is a delight to work with and more than worthy of employee of the month!”
