Engaged Plan participants and their spouses can now schedule their screenings
All employees and spouses enrolled in the Engaged health plan are required to schedule and attend a free biometric screening in early 2015. Starting Dec. 29, you can go online to schedule your biometric screening for the network location and time of your choice.
The confidential screenings are conducted by a third party, Health Solutions. Your individual results aren’t shared with Kettering Health Network. All screenings must be completed by February 28 by employees and spouses enrolled in the Engaged plan, or their premiums will go up.
To schedule an appointment with our screening partner, Health Solutions:

Once you create an account, you’ll be able to view specific dates, times, and locations of screening events and make an appointment.
The biometric screening is CONFIDENTIAL. Results will not be shared with your employer or Human Resources.
