School Supply Drive at Grandview and Southview

Grandview and Southview medical centers are holding a school supply drive to help their fellow employees. Last year, the hospitals granted nearly 300 children with school supplies. A collection box is conveniently located in Human Resources at both Grandview and Southview medical centers.

Families requesting assistance need to complete this application and return it to the Human Resources Department at Grandview or Southview by Friday, July 15. All applicants will be notified by July 22 of their eligibility.

  • Pencil Top Erasers
  • Large Erasers
  • Blunt Scissors
  • Regular Scissors
  • Pencil Boxes or Pencil Bags
  • Two-pocket Folders
  • One-subject notebooks (wide and narrow ruled)
  • Packages of loose leaf paper (wide and narrow)
  • Composition Books
  • Protractor
  • Compass
  • Ticonderoga Pencils
  • Graph Paper
  • 3-Ring Binders (1”, 1.5”, 2”)
  • Packages of 3X5 index cards
  • Highlighters
  • Pens (Red, Blue and Black)
  • Rulers
  • Post-It Notes (3×3 size)
  • Packages of 5-tab Dividers
  • Disinfecting Wipes
