Reflecting on the past year often helps us think of the people around us who made a difference. We think of those who we relied on for a helping hand, guidance, or words of encouragement. We might even think of the people behind the scenes who supported those who supported us.
If you would like to thank or encourage someone, you can send it to them in a festive way now and into the new year. Submit your message to a Kettering Health employee or their family and we will send it to them via postal mail to spread cheer and appreciation.
To send a thank you note, follow these steps:
- Visit the Kettering Health Stars portal found in Quick Links on the myHR homepage
- Enter the last name of the Kettering Health employee and find them in the dropdown list
- Select who the message is for:
- Employee
- Employee’s family
- Write your message and remember to include how their actions impacted you, your team, or our patients
- Sign and click submit
As an added bonus, you can select to enter the Kettering Health employee into a drawing for Bengals tickets! The ticket drawing will include employees who received a thank you note submission by December 19. The drawing is limited to one entry per employee and entries will be reviewed for valid thank you messages.
