Is there a co-worker you’ve been meaning to thank? Through the Network Stars program, your thank-you messages can turn into rewards!
Send a shooting star—a quick shout-out—or nominate someone for an Employee of the Month or Living the Mission award at the Network Stars intranet page, located under the HR tab. More than 3,500 shooting stars were sent to outstanding employees in 2018, helping us more than double the number of people recognized in our network. By sharing why you appreciate your co-workers, you ensure we continue recognizing the great people in our network, and your co-worker can earn points to redeem for rewards. Employees can earn 10 points for every three shooting stars they receive or an award nomination.
So far, more than 600 employees have earned points to the online Kettering Health Network Rewards store, and those points can be redeemed for a special reward. Rewards range from water bottles to t-shirts to wireless speakers, and some can be customized with different colors and logos—all to help create a reward that’s meaningful to each individual employee.
