Share Your Feedback: Pulse Survey Open Now Through December 19

Our mission to improve the quality of life for people in the communities we serve is at the heart of everything we do. Employee surveys keep us connected to that commitment.

When we reflect on our workplace experience, we’re reminded of shared strength–team members who’ve made a difference, growth we’ve experienced, success we’ve achieved, and support we appreciate. Through this process, opportunities emerge to strengthen the workplace culture that fuels our mission.

We invite you to take five to ten minutes to share your experience with us through the Pulse Survey from December 5-19. This year’s survey focuses on understanding key drivers of engagement, safety, employee well-being, and aspects of your experience that influence retention.

Below are instructions for how to take the survey. Thank you in advance for your candid feedback.

How to share your feedback

  1. Access the unique link you received in an email from Press Ganey Surveys or visit pulsesurvey.ketteringhealth.org
  2. If visiting pulsesurvey.ketteringhealth.org, log in using your unique password: your five- or six-digit badge number without the “k”. Note: The survey is confidential. Your unique log-in is only used to help sort the data into relevant groups, like departments. Results are not reported in groups less than five, so no single response can be evaluated.
  3. Answer the questions in the short survey to tell us about the action plan process and engagement in your department.
