Casi Herstine is manager of Environmental Services for Soin and Greene. Casi has worked in the network since 2010 in Patient Accounts as well as Environmental Services. Casi will now be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the Environmental Service department operations for these two facilities. Casi holds a BS in Business Management from Wright State University and was recently married in December 2013 to her husband Kevin.

 

 

Joe Feller is legal counsel and network director for Risk Management. Joe holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from the University of Dayton. He served as an assistant county prosecutor for Montgomery County, Ohio for over two years and was a partner with the Dayton law firm of Bieser, Greer & Landis where he was employed for over twelve years. Joe’s practice was devoted to healthcare law, providing risk management consulting and litigation defense to healthcare providers, primarily Kettering Health Network, both in and out of the courtroom.

 

Catherine Herdman is the network executive director of finance. In her new position, Catherine and her team will work to align finance processes across the network with One Best Practice. Catherine will oversee supply chain management, purchasing, payroll, and general accounting and more. Catherine brings her experience in finance management, auditing, and internal controls to her new position. A native of the Dayton area, Catherine holds a BS in Accountancy and Finance from Wright State University. Catherine is engaged to be married this year.

 

Steve Motil is director of analytics for Information Systems. Steve has worked for Kettering Health Network for 20 years as a staff pharmacist and pharmacy analyst, and clinical implementation manager of the electronic health information system, Epic. In his new role, Steve will ensure the successful operation of analytic solutions across the network. Steve will continue to oversee the Epic reporting team, which will provide a wide variety of analytics solutions to everyone from the executive suite to front line employees. Steve holds a BS in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University. Steve enjoys all sports, as well as cooking, outdoor activities, and spending as much time as possible with his two children.
