Dr. Troy Tyner is the new president of the Physician Hospital Alliance, Inc. (PHA). The PHA provides member physicians assistance with managed care contracts, supply and service vendor resources, physician referral access, and support with staffing issues.
In his new role, Dr. Tyner will be responsible for developing the strategic vision and implementation of PHA’s clinical integration with Kettering Health Network. In addition to serving as president of Internal Medicine Care Inc., he has also served as the PHA medical director and medical director for Clinical Quality at Grandview since 1999.
Dr. Tyner holds a Doctor of Osteopathy from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Grandview. He also has a master’s degree in medical management from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
Julie Wilcke is now administrative director of Perioperative Services at Kettering. Julie has been serving as the interim director since April 2014. She has been at Kettering since September 1999. She has served as a staff nurse II, orthopedic team leader, and the clinical operations director in Kettering Surgery department.
Julie received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Sauk Valley College in Dixon, Illinois. She obtained both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a certified operating room nurse.
Julie has been married to David for almost 35 years. They have three daughters and one granddaughter. She serves in her local church as a small group leader and a member of the Worship Team.
Lisa Geloff is now the director of Women’s Services and Oncology for Kettering Physician Network. Lisa comes from Oak Creek OB/GYN where she has been the practice administrator since 2011, responsible for managing all business and non-MD operations at three office locations. Lisa has held various other positions in health care since 1994. She holds a B.A. from Minnesota Graduate School of Theology.
Lisa and her husband have six children and one granddaughter.
Michelle Pisut, RN, has accepted the position of clinical care coordinator for the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and Medical Intensive Care Unit at Grandview. Michelle currently works as a staff nurse specialist II in the Critical Care Departments and has been an employee at Grandview for over fourteen years.
Michelle came to Grandview from Franciscan Medical Center where she worked in oncology, trauma, and cardiac critical care and served her last five years as their clinical nurse specialist. She received her License for Practical Nurse from LPN Dayton, her Associate of Science Degree in Nursing from Sinclair Community College and is in process of completing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She maintains certification in ACLS, BLS, CCRN, TNCC, and TCAR. Michelle is very active in critical care academia, including presenting at an AACN Critical Care Exposition conference.
She and her husband have been married for 35 years and have three adult, married children and one granddaughter.
Kala Stidham is the new Greene Memorial and Soin patient experience manager. Kala joined the Soin team in January 2013 as an RN in the Intensive Care Unit. She has also helped cover hours for the nurse staffing office while this position has been open.
Kala has been a Greene County resident her whole life and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Harding University.
Diedrea Barker is now the manager of Environmental Services at Kettering. She has been the first shift lead coordinator over patient care, a part of the Infection Prevention and Control Committee at Kettering, and has assisted with HCAHPS and TAT initiatives. Previously, she spent three years in retail management.
Diedrea is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, with a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology along with a focus in Chemistry. She loves the outdoors and camping and is recently engaged to be married in June of 2015.
