Catina Hill is now the Patient Access manager for Soin and Greene. She started at Greene in 2007 and has been the Patient Access coordinator for Soin and Greene since the opening of Soin in 2012.

Catina has direct experience in registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and workers compensation filing. She worked as a Super User for Epic in many of the network hospitals’ Go-Live events.

Catina is married to Frank and has six children ranging from 12 to 22 years old and three grandchildren. She is also a Sunday School teacher at her church.

PJ Brafford is the government relations manager in the Network Marketing department. In this new role for the network, PJ will be responsible for leading the network’s effort of policy advocacy on the federal, state, and local levels. He will cover legislative hearings, meet with legislative staff and elected officials, and analyze proposed legislation from the federal and state level.

Most recently, PJ was the legislative aide to Senator Peggy Lehner in Columbus. During his tenure with the senator, he clerked the Senate Education Committee and staffed the Senate Health Committee and Civil Justice Committee on behalf of Senator Lehner. He also managed the Senate committee process for two mid-biennium budget reviews and several reform-oriented pieces of legislation. PJ drafted the majority caucus memos for the Senate Judiciary and Education Committees as well.

PJ holds a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor’s in Religion and Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Andy Kouts is the clinical nurse manager for Med/Surg 4 at Soin. He has been part of the Soin nursing team since the opening in 2012 and has worked as staff nurse specialist for all the inpatient units for the past year. Andy has also served as interim professional development coordinator for Soin and interim manager for Med/Surg 3 and ICU.

Prior to coming to Soin, Andy worked as a staff nurse and educator at Grandview’s Orthopedic Unit from 2005-2010 and on the inpatient rehab unit at Grandview during 2011. While at Grandview, he completed his BSN in 2009 after receiving his Associate’s degree in 2005.

He enjoys spending free time with family, which includes two pets, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Lisa Galloway is the new clinical nurse manager for Soin ICU/Float Pool/Dialysis. She has many years of experience in ICU as a staff nurse and most recently as a nurse manager in a different healthcare organization.

Tina Kilburn-Stewart, BSN, is the new clinical care coordinator for the Advanced Care Unit and Medical Advanced Care Unit at Grandview. Tina currently works as a charge nurse in the Post Procedural Care Unit and has been an employee at Grandview for over 16 years.

Tina’s over 16 years of experience in nursing include over five years in home health, over four years as a nursing assistant, and many years in management outside of the healthcare field. She received her Associate of Science Degree in Nursing from Sinclair Community College and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Tina is ACLS certified, BLS certified, NIH stroke certified and an Epic super user.  She was a Cameo of Caring winner for Grandview in 2012.

Tina likes to kayak and travel, enjoys volunteering, and does numerous walks for charity, including the heart and MS walks.  She is in charge of all the nurses for the Kettering Fairmont Marching Band. She also worked with Dr. Merryman organizing the Forest View and Grafton Oaks Christmas parties for many years.

AIUM Accreditation
Thanks to the fine work of Melanie Willsey and her team Greene, Soin, Kettering, Sycamore, Grandview, and Southview Ultrasound departments have all passed AIUM abdomen and GYN accreditation. Their accreditation is good until September 2017.
