Soin Medical Center Celebrates 5th Anniversary

Read Time: 1 min

Soin Medical Center is celebrating five years of patient care this February.

The hospital opened on February 22 with 42 inpatient beds. Since then, the hospital has experienced tremendous growth, expanding the Emergency Department and opening the fourth and fifth floors ahead of projections. The adjacent Ollie Davis Pavilion also opened in 2012 and is mostly built out, including the addition of the Kumar Conference Center in 2016. Today, Soin has a total of 127 beds to continue meeting the growing needs of the community.

In the past five years, the hospital has become a Level III Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, and host to Kettering Cancer Care and several specialty care centers serving the northeastern Dayton region.

Congratulations to Soin Medical Center on five years of exceptional service, and best wishes for continued success.

Join us in celebrating this milestone at the 5th Anniversary Celebration Ceremony on February 22 at 10:30 a.m.
