Congratulations to Stephanie Hubbard, who was named Fort Hamilton Hospital’s February Employee of the Month. Stephanie works in the Cardiac Cath Lab at the hospital.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. Stephanie was nominated by her manager, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Stephanie is an excellent nurse that consistently goes above and beyond her expectations. In this particular situation, Stephanie brought a model of a heart in to a patient’s family to help them understand the procedure and what was going on in more detail. I can say, not all of my nurses would have performed in this manner. They might have gone to the doctor and asked them to explain more or bring pictures, but Stephanie always goes the extra mile in everyday situations.”
