The deadline to receive your first COVID-19 vaccine is 12/5. Remember to submit documentation of your first dose (or both doses if you’ve received them) to EHPrograms@ketteringhealth.org in order to remain compliant with the vaccine requirement.
Please include the following in the subject line of your email: Covid vaccine documentation (1 or 2 dose), last name, first name, and badge number.
