Sycamore Medical Center’s Emergency Department earned a 2017 Guardian of Excellence Award in Patient Experience from Press Ganey.
The Guardian of Excellence Award recognizes healthcare organizations that achieved the 95th percentile of performance or above in patient experience. Presented annually, the award honors clients who consistently sustained performance in the top five percent of all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during the course of one year.
