We want Kettering Health Network to be both a great place to work and a great place to receive care, and the safety of both our people and our patients is an important part of that. The culture of safety survey is a chance for you to share your experience with reporting and addressing patient care opportunities related to safety.
The survey will be open September 4-27. All staff who work on a hospital campus or support hospital care (ex: off-site lab or imaging) are encouraged to take the survey, and responses are confidential. The results of the survey will help us gauge how safety issues or possible safety issues are identified and resolved.
How to share your feedback
- On September 4, employees who are eligible to take the survey will receive an email with a link to the survey. You can also access the survey by clicking here.
- Select the hospital and department where you work in the dropdown.
- Complete the 10- to 15-minute survey to share your thoughts on safety and the incident reporting process on your unit.
