Congratulations to Catina Hill and Lindsey Jacks of Patient Admissions at Greene Memorial, the June Constellation Award winners. They both were nominated by a volunteer and a patient.
Catina’s nomination reads:
Catina is always willing to help patients with their billing questions and has several patients who actually bring their payments straight to her because they have the security of knowing that it will be posted correctly. She has outstanding customer service skills with the patients and can explain billing in terms they can understand. She is an asset to the Patient Access Department as a Coordinator.
Lindsay’s nomination reads:
Lindsey is always willing to help patients with their billing questions, she has taken the initiative to learn the additional screens to be able to look up the patients billing status and be able to answer questions and send information to billing to make sure that accounts are fixed also. Lindsey has exceptional customer service, knowledge of the systems, patience and her quality of her work is outstanding. She is always willing to go the extra mile and take on extra duties.
