Our mission at Kettering Health Network is to improve the quality of life of the people in the communities we serve. We accomplish that mainly through health care and education, but that’s not the only way to make a difference.
Kettering Health Network is partnering with United Way of the Greater Dayton Area to continue making a positive impact in the lives of local residents.
United Way has three areas of focus: education, financial stability, and health. With your help, we can provide services like legal assistance to seniors, mentorship programs for young people, and diabetes medication and supplies to our own neighbors in the Dayton area.
This year’s United Way campaign will run through the end of November. During this month, we hope to raise $300,000 to help the people around us. To accomplish our goal, we need everyone’s help. We need everyone to go all in.
By pledging just $5 a pay period for a year, you could provide:
- more than one week of tutoring for a child
- five days of quality child care
- two and a half weeks of home-delivered meals for a senior.
And that’s just your weekly coffee.
As a thank you, people who donate will be eligible for weekly drawings. Every Wednesday, we will give away six prizes: three $100 gift cards, a Fitbit, an AppleTV, and an iPad Pro. Employees will be entered to win based on their level of support:
- $5-129.99 total donation: one entry
- $130-259.99 total donation: two entries ($130 equals $5 per pay period)
- $260-649.99 total donation: three entries ($260 equals $10 per pay period)
- More than $650 total donation: four entries ($650 equals $25 per pay period)
The more you give, the more chances you have to win.
