Congratulations to Traci Stevison, who was named Kettering Physician Network’s January Employee of the Month! Traci works in Care Management.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Traci was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:
“As a care manager, Traci does more than is ever asked of her, from remembering her patients’ birthdays and wedding anniversaries and sending them thoughtful cards to sending ride tokens every few months to a patient who just can’t afford to get to and from his appointments. She is a quiet person, but is amazingly beautiful and that softness speaks volumes and makes a huge difference in her patients’ lives.”
