A new, simpler login process for UltiPro, the network’s online HR and payroll system
As of August 11, you will login to UltiPro using your Network ID (K+5 digit Badge number, or DR#) and password. You will no longer need to remember a separate password and login for UltiPro.
The web link to UltiPro, the online HR and payroll system, also changed. The links to UltiPro from Employee Self Service on the intranet and the Employee Portal on the internet changed automatically on August 11. However, any shortcuts you have saved in your web browser or on your desktop will need to be updated.
When you login using the new UltiPro link for the first time, you may be prompted to enter your 5-digit badge number and Birthdate (MM/DD/YYYY) and you may receive an email with a link to complete the process. Once you have successfully logged into UltiPro you won’t be asked to repeat this step again.
