We are no longer sending COVID-19 swabs collected by KHN to Dayton Children’s Community Lab. These tests are all being processed by Kettering Health Network labs.
The COVID-19 lab test (LAB98415) that was used to send these labs to the community lab has been removed from Epic. LAB98416 should be used for all COVID-19 swabs to be collected/run by Kettering Health Network labs.
If an outpatient order needs to go to Dayton Children’s to be collected and run (pediatric patient), please use LAB210316. Click here for updated lab spreadsheet.
