As shared yesterday, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recently published an emergency regulation that applies to Medicare and Medicaid-certified providers, like Kettering Health. After extensively reviewing the regulations, we need to update portions of our vaccine requirement policy to ensure it is in compliance.
