Review and Save Old Voicemails before April 19

Information Systems completed the conversion to Unity Connections on April 4. According to usage reports, there are still quite a few mailboxes in Unity that need to be setup.  Users can access Unity using either the ‘Messaging’ key from their own extension, or by dialing x56374 (5MESG) from any phone.

Employees that had voicemail on the old system are strongly encouraged to visit their old mailbox one last time to retrieve and document any important messages before the old system is permanently retired on April 19.

TO ACCESS YOUR OLD VOICEMAIL BOX

1. Dial x26000
2. Enter your extension (old mailbox)
3. Enter the PIN assigned to your old mailbox
4. Follow the prompts to retrieve your messages
