Kettering Health Network is diligently monitoring the development of the COVID-19 vaccine and plans for national and state-wide distribution. A network committee has been established to develop guidelines for providing employee access to this vaccine. Specific plans will be finalized once we know the quantities we will receive.
The vaccine will be made available in alignment with CDC/ODH prioritization. At this time, we will not require the vaccine.
The COVID-19 vaccine may be approved by the FDA with an emergency use authorization as early as December or early 2021. We will share additional information as it becomes available.
