Visitor Mask Policy

To help ensure the safety of patients, visitors, staff, and providers, all visitors must continue to wear a mask while visiting patients. The mask must cover the visitor’s mouth and nose. Visitors who do not wish to wear a mask must be asked to leave the facility and may return when they are able to wear a mask during patient visitation.
