We are pleased to announce the opening of a second COVID-19 drive thru testing site at the Huber Health Center parking lot on June 17th.
Criteria for testing as of 6/5/2020:
- Outpatient symptomatic patients: With a physician order
- Outpatient asymptomatic patients: With a physician order; Moving from their home into a congregate care facility, ordered through their Kettering Health Network affiliated provider
- Symptomatic KHN employees: Ordered by a provider
- Elective surgery patients: The testing is arranged through Pre-admission Testing.
Please note that this screening requires a physician order prior to arrival.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday: 7 a.m.-5 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
