We have so much talent coming out of our Nutrition Services. Some are masterpieces we get to enjoy (and eat!) and others take place behind the scenes. Wendy Artz is a cake decorating extraordinaire whose creation we wanted to share. She recently created this cake for a local charity–complete with a chocolate Eiffel Tower–and raised almost $400 for the charity through a silent auction. Way to go, Wendy.
