Soin opens its doors to expectant parents at the Soin Baby Fair on Sunday, June 8, from 2 – 4 pm.
The fair features everything you need to prepare for your expected child. Tour the maternity unit, sign up for childbirth classes, visit retail booths, talk to baby docs, enjoy refreshments, and check your baby’s car seat for safety.
This year’s baby fair has three new activities for you to enjoy.
Babies”R”Us Runway Show – 2:15 p.m. and 3:15 p.m.
Moms and dads will model baby items like travel systems and baby carriers, as toddlers will model summer clothing. If you or your toddler would like to model call (937) 752-2046 or ext. 70046.
Dads Derby – 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Cheer on dads as they go through a timed obstacle course of four stations, pushing a stroller with a baby inside.
Cutest K-baby Contest – 3 p.m.
Do you have the cutest k-baby? Infants through age four can participate in the cutest baby contest. Judging will begin at 3 p.m.
Sign-ups for all events will be at registration.
The fair is free and open to the public.
Soin is dedicated to giving you a caring, peaceful setting to introduce your baby to friends and family. Plan to welcome your new baby at one of the Kettering Maternity Centers. Other Kettering Health Network locations are set to hold baby fairs in upcoming months. Stay tuned for more information.
