The Wound Healing Center at Grandview Medical Center is expanding their office, building new patient rooms and increasing their office management space.
The center has continually grown over the years, seeing an increase of 1,234 more patient visits from 2015 to 2016.
The expansion doubles the patient rooms at the center, growing from three to six. The new space also allows them to expand their services, and the center will now offer diabetes education and nutrition counseling.
Construction was completed in late December, and an open house will be held on January 31 from 2-5:30 p.m. to celebrate the new space.
