Your email domain – the section after the “@” symbol – will change from its current “@khnetwork.org” to “@ketteringhealth.org” on January 4, 2016.
For example, if your email is jane.doe@khnetwork.org, your new email will be jane.doe@ketteringhealth.org. This change will automatically be updated in Outlook.
During this transition, the “@khnetwork.org” domain will remain active through September, so emails sent using it will still reach the intended recipients.
This change matches the network’s website domain, ketteringhealth.org, to create a unified message for the sake of clear communication with our patients, employees, and physicians.
While the change will happen automatically and messages will forward without any action from you, please start updating your contact information for future use:
- Update your email signature, if applicable.
- Update any stationery, such as business cards, by ordering from k-direct at khnondemand.com. To request access, visit the Marketing & Communication page on the intranet under Resources.
- Inform any outside vendors of your new email.
