Elsevier Transition Team Earns Constellation Award

Congratulations to Kim Mitchem, Mandie Lane, Maria Havens, Cari Zahn, Curt Schroeder, Trevor Gundlach, and Etta Hanahan who were recognized for receiving the Constellation Award in in November for their amazing teamwork.

The award recognizes strong teams that come together to serve patients and each other. They demonstrate a calling to care, live the network’s values, and show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior. You can read their nomination story below:

“The transition from Lippincott to Elsevier, necessitated by our vendor’s contract, was a tremendous success. This was a major undertaking and could have caused a great disruption across the network. The team worked diligently to ensure the transition was smooth. A lot of effort was required in selecting a new vendor, coordinating the contract to deliver the best results for the network, transitioning the old policies and procedures into the new system, delivering training, and communicating the timeline of events. The upfront work and planning allowed for a smooth transition. To date, we have not received one ticket regarding the new product. Thank you, team, for making it happen!”
