Jennifer Goldschmidt Named Prestige’s Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Jennifer Goldschmidt, who was named Prestige’s August Employee of the Month! Jennifer works in Patient Access.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Jennifer was nominated by two of her co-workers, and you can read the nomination story below:

“Yesterday, we received information that there was a new activity our front-end users needed to be aware of. The activity had gone live with no notification to us to pass along to our users. Jennifer jumped right in and came up with the resources needed to provide our users with the tools they need for success. She did this quickly, efficiently and when I saw her, she had a smile on her face. Jen always takes on new challenges with a positive attitude and embodies the idea of ‘lead by example.’ Great job, Jen!”

“Jennifer has been a tremendous asset to our Patient Access Support Training Team. She is living the mission of our network by always being there for her teammates to help educate, support, and encourage them. Jennifer has created ‘How To’s’ on just about every task that someone would need to complete on our training team. She works with each team member 1:1 so that they are getting every bit of knowledge in a consistent manner. Over the past six months, I know of several encouraging things she has done for the team. The latest was a survival bag that she put together for each member of her team. The survival kit had items such as: stickers to help you stick with it, Goldfish to remind you that you are not alone on this team, and Lifesavers to remind you of the times that you have been one. Jennifer is always following the mission that is set forth by her leadership and network standards and policies. She shows her commitment through her work ethic, knowledge of audience, and her call to care for her team and others she serves.”
