Want a wellness challenge with some healthy competition? There’s more than one way to be well, so we’re introducing a challenge that helps you improve your healthy habits in a few different ways.
Take the Challenge
Each day, you’ll try to accomplish four goals:
- 5 servings or more of fruits and vegetables
- 2 hours or less of screen time outside of work
- 1 hour or more of physical activity
- 0 sugary drinks
You’ll track how you did each day and check off boxes online as you go from now until the challenge ends on October 27. You can also click here to download a paper tracker if you would like to complete this challenge with your family.
You earn 25 points for each goal you meet, so the sooner you join the challenge, the more points you earn!
Win with Your Campus
To kick things up a notch, join your campus team and compete to be the network’s champions! If you work at an off-site location, you can join the team for the president to which you report. Please note that only the goals tracked online will count toward the campus challenge.
Members of the winning team will be entered into a prize drawing.
