Kettering Physician Network Team,

October has been another busy month at Kettering Physician Network. I want to say thank you to all of our Kettering Physician Network practices that participated in the Making Strides for Breast Cancer fundraiser on October 13. Our Kettering Physician Network team members raised over $1,200, which was donated to breast cancer research. I also want to express my appreciation to Chris Peterson from our Quality/PCMH team for organizing the fundraiser and promoting Making Strides participation within Kettering Physician Network. We have some great photos from both our fundraiser day as well as the Making Strides event, so be sure to check them out.

We received more great PCMH news this month as well. The following practices were recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for achieving NCAQ PCMH Recognition Level 3:

  • Kettering Physician Network Primary Care – Dayton
  • Kettering Physician Network Primary Care – Heritage Washington
  • Kettering Physician Network Primary Care – Integrated Medical Group
  • Kettering Physician Network Primary Care – Miamisburgh Family Practice – Alex
  • Kettering Physician Network Primary Care – South Dayton Internists

I want to congratulate all who contributed to this fantastic accomplishment.

Our 4th Quarter Town Hall meetings and holiday celebrations will be here before we know it. I look forward to connecting with many of you at these important events. Thank you for your dedication to our patients and community. I wish you all a safe and blessed week.

George Lewis
