New Challenge for Summer of Wellness

The July Summer of Wellness challenge is here, and this month we want you to stay focused on nutrition.

During the month of July, we challenge you to drink at least one glass of water first thing in the morning, every day.

Drinking water first thing in the morning can power-up your system just when you might need it the most.

“Do something wonderful for yourself each morning by drinking a couple glasses of water, and then continue to hydrate throughout the day,” says Jane Key, registered and licensed dietitian with the network’s Community Outreach team. “Water will help your concentration, lift your mood, help your complexion, aid in digestion, and can eliminate toxins. Switch up plain water by infusing with citrus fruit, strawberries, cucumber or basil. Enjoy the flavor of feeling better!”
