The Summer of Wellness is continuing in July with a focus on physical health.
Challenge yourself to be more active by completing one of these challenges. Take a photo or track it! By participating, you could be eligible to win a wellness-related prize. One winner will be randomly selected every month. July winners will be announced August 2.
Challenge 1: Submit a Photo
Show us how you are becoming more conscious about your mind, body, and spirit this summer! Take a photo to track your progress towards better health and send it to email@example.com by July 31. Each photo counts as one entry into our raffle drawing.
Challenge 2: Track Your Journey
Start developing healthy exercise habits by tracking your progress. Just choose a template that best fits your needs and then start tracking your improvement. At the end of the month, submit your tracker sheet to firstname.lastname@example.org for a chance to be randomly selected to win.
- “I Would Walk 500 Miles…”: Though the Proclaimers were willing to walk 500 miles and then 500 more, we are only challenging you to walk 10,000 steps per day. Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs to get up to your daily goal. Click here to download the tracker
- Get Moving: Take some time out of your day to move around. Whether it is engaging in an organized sport or going to the gym, there are so many ways to enjoy exercise. Record any physical activity that you have done for that day. Click here to download the tracker.
